Looking for a place to host meetings or an offsite for your company? Conference centers come with different accessories: telephone, fax, internet, teleconferening, catering, parking, etc. When selecting a conference center, consider the event equipment that you will need and discuss those with the conference center coordiantor: overhead projectors, video displays, will often come with the conference center rental or can be included for a reasonable price (which is much easier than arranging to acquire and transport the equipment yourself.
Many hotels often have conference centers on the lower floors, which is very convenient for out of town guests. These hotels will offer bulk rates for guests when you book their conference center.
